Arent Inc. 3. Provision of Personal Information

4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Norms
The Company will comply with laws and regulations, guidelines established by the government, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.
5. Security Control Measures
The Company applies a policy established based on ISO 27001 and implements strict security measures for personal information acquired and held by the Company. These measures include implementing and periodically reviewing organizational information security management, conducting regular education and training for employees, periodically taking inventory of informational assets, implementing physical security control measures (such as managing employee entry/exit and device management), encrypting communications, strict access control, and periodic vulnerability management for information systems. In addition, the Company may entrust all or part of the information acquired from users of our services to "Arent Vietnam, Co., Ltd." (see "Provision to Subcontractors" and "Transfer Outside the Country" above). In this case, the Company will carry out the entrustment after taking necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the safe management of information at the said company.
6. Continuous Improvement of Personal Information Protection Management System
In order to appropriately maintain the protection of personal information, the Company will establish a personal information protection management system and strive for continuous improvement.
